Tuna and Artichoke Dip

Tuna and Artichoke Dip

1- 5 oz can Tuna packed in Olive Oil (including the olive oil)
½ cup canned Artichokes (or jarred marinated artichokes)
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt & Pepper

Combine all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor with a S-blade. Pulse several times. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure even processing. Process to the desired consistency (either slightly chunky or smooth puree). Scoop up with various cut veggies.
