My daughter has suffered from hormonal Migraine headaches monthly for years. Nothing medicinal helped and in fact the side effects were compounding the problem. Today I took her to Dr. Lombardo in the midst of a five day migraine, one of the worst, for Botox injected into her temples and hairline. Dr. Lombardo told us that it probably will not help the current migraine but should work to prevent the next months migraine and if it is successful then repeat every 90 days. We left Dr. Lombardo’s office and we were driving and after 15 minutes my daughter said “This is impossible, but my migraine is gone”. We played it safe and slow and then looked on the internet, and read numerous cases of instant relief from Botox for migraines if hormonal and IF APPLIED in the correct areas of the head. By the end of the day, my daughter was crying with relief and happy tears, and she called Dr. Lombardo to THANK her and let her know she will see her in 85 days…she want’s to play it safe. Doctor is obviously very conservative and did not want to give my daughter any expectations that would not be met. This is a Miracle Doctor who we were referred to by an Internist. She really knows the exact areas to apply the Botox which was defendant on her hands, her eyes, her training and experience. The Botox is only as good as the hand on the syringe. Where do I start I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Lombardo. Excellent bed side manner, takes her time to explain every detail of the procedure from Botox to surgery. Shopped around the valley and obtained multiple opinions from plastic surgerons by far she made me feel most relaxed and comfortable and wasn’t all about money. She’s always available for any needs regarding your care and her staff is friendly!
