We may not have to deal with the below-zero temperatures that are hitting other parts of the country this time of year, but we may wake up some days wishing it were summer already. Rancho Mirage and the Palm Springs areas are magnificent during the winter months, barely dipping below 70 degrees. This is why the region is a favorite among Snowbirds who regularly escape frosty, snowy locations. It is also an area to which folks flock to get themselves ready for the warmer months. Here, we discuss some of the popular wintertime procedures that get bodies ready for a beautiful summer.

Breast Enhancement

There are a few different ways to enhance the appearance of the breasts. These include breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast implant removal, and breast lift surgery. By and far, breast augmentation using saline or silicone breast implants is the most popular breast enhancement procedure. It is commonly sought by women of all ages who are interested in adding volume, fullness, and shape to their breasts. In some cases, breast augmentation is best combined with a lift. Breast lift surgery is also a standard part of the breast implant removal procedure. This is because, once breast implants are removed, the breast mound and skin may look deflated and saggy. This procedure is somewhat like liposuction in that it has a small cannula that is inserted beneath the skin. However, rather than suctioning fat away, this cannula applies Helium Plasma with Radio Frequency energy to the underside of the skin. The application of precise energy to this area causes the skin to shrink to conform to underlying tissues. To achieve the most dramatic results, some patients combine their skin tightening treatment with liposuction.
